Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our dental services, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and post-treatment aftercare.

Appointments & Scheduling

You can request an appointment online using our interactive booking form, or call our front desk directly at (972) 555-0148. Our staff will contact you promptly to confirm exact date and time availability.

New Patients

Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any current medical conditions or medications.

Insurance & Payment Options

We work with most major PPO dental insurance providers and file claims on your behalf. Our team provides detailed cost estimates before any treatment begins.

Emergency Care

Severe tooth pain, swelling of the face or gums, a knocked-out tooth, broken restorations causing sharp pain, or uncontrolled bleeding after trauma require urgent attention.

Preventive Treatment

Brushing and flossing remove daily plaque, but cannot eliminate hardened calculus (tartar). Professional cleanings remove tartar build-up before it leads to gum disease.

Cosmetic Dentistry

No. Professional whitening products used in our clinic are formulated with desensitizing agents. Any mild temporary sensitivity typically subsides within 24–48 hours.

Dental Implants

Most adults in good general health with sufficient jawbone density are candidates. We perform a 3D CBCT scan to evaluate your bone architecture during your consultation.

Orthodontics & Invisalign

Absolutely! A large percentage of our Invisalign patients are adults who appreciate the discreet, removable nature of clear aligners.

Post-Treatment Aftercare

Wait until your local numbness wears off before chewing solid food. You can brush normally, and contact us if your bite feels uneven once numbness fades.
